We know the value of a certificate. More important for our partners and customers is to see the results of our work. However, certain standards must be applied. We ensure that our services consistently meet customer’s requirements – and we consistently improve quality.
Relevant competences were available for long time already: 1997-1999 Jürgen Raizner, founder and general director of STM, was managing the EC funded project “Technology Transfer and Quality Management” in Romania. The project aimed to rise awareness on quality management and to support Romanian enterprises in working according the quality management principles.
An insight into our work today: STM maintainces a culture of trust and integrity. We believe in what we do – and we go that way towards perfection not just to receive a certificate.
