To establish a Cluster is a simple issue. To manage a Cluster is a challenge – particularly when it is a new Cluster and when it is a Romanian Cluster. However, the necessary knowledge is available or can be found on international markets. European best practice can be applied. But why not to add a value? Success stories of the past does not automatically bring success in the future. Cluster ROVEST and STM decided to modernise the Cluster Management. The Technology Transfer model of Steinbeis, which is proven but which is also targeted on future success, will be applied by ROVEST as a management tool.

Steinbeis Transfer Management, member of ROVEST, establishes a Transfer Center at the Cluster Management Unit of ROVEST. The project started and will result in a stonger collaboration among members of the Cluster. Members of the Cluster become innovative and sustainable competitive. Through the international network of STM, ROVEST will be linked with business partners in all Europe.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”32px”][vc_column_text]ROVEST – Tackling Grand Societal Challenges of a Healthy Life.
