The seminar Applied Project Management is designed for students, who would like to get a clear understanding of the major processes in managing projects. The applied process model is based on the internationally recognized German standard DIN 69901. Challenge is, to learn project management by working on a real project. Thematic subjects of the project are related to foreign direct investment and regional development. Objectives and scope of the student’s work will be discussed and agreed at the beginning of the seminar. Participating students learn target oriented thinking and working.
